E-mail notifications are not being sent

Currently no automatic e-mail notifications are being sent to the approvers, when a document is submitted for approval.
We are investigating this and hope to resolve the issue within soon. If you need to notify the approver(s), before this issue is resolved, you need to send them manual notifications. The approvers will however see the task in the workspace where the document resides.

Our internal tests show that this issue now seems to be resolved.
