We have received reports that results often, but not always, either load very slowly or results in an error. This can happen when opening the Search for documents or Workspaces tabs or when doing a free text search inside a workspace.
You can also see this in Microsoft 365 by:
- Opening the Search for documents tab in MetaShare
- Search for “*”
- Click the “Show results in SharePoint” link below the search box
