From MetaShare’s start page a new icon is added to the menu-bar that will take the users to MetaShare settings, where users can:
- Manage content types
- A page where users can create content types, and assign them to be used in workspaces.
- Manage columns
- A page where users can define which columns to be shown in the workspaces’ document view.
- Manage filters
- A page where users can define which filters to be shown in the workspaces’ document view.
- Manage terms
- A link to the tenants Term Store Management Tool where the terms can be managed under the MetaShare Term Group. This function was earlier located in each workspaces menu options.
A prerequisite to see the MetaShare settings icon is that the logged in user is assigned the Content Administrators role in Azure Active Directory. See this page for a description of how this is done.
