When a free-text search has been conducted within a workspace, users can now click on a link under the search button to extend the search to show results from other locations. This will bring the user to SharePoint’s standard or custom search results page, defined by the MetaShare administrator in MetaShare settings.
In MetaShare settings, it is now possible to change the MetaShare administrator (the account that gets full access-rights on all workspaces created by MetaShare, also known as Site Collection Administrator). Previously this account was set to the user that activated MetaShare.
Previously, submit button (Save, Create, Upload, Etc.) were hidden till all mandatory fields were filled in. Now they are always shown but disabled (grayed out) till all mandatory fields have been filled in.
