Improvements for workspaces with many documents<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When search is applied on a workspace (using wildcard search), results are sorted by last modified date and not by search rank. When a keyword is used in the search query, results are sorted by rank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When documents cannot reliably be retrieved in workspaces with regular filters, we now automatically apply a search using wildcard (*). This can happen when there are more than 5000 documents and columns cannot be indexed or don&#8217;t work for applied filters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
