able to filter documents on \u201cSingle line of text\u201d columns:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If documents are tagged with \u201cSingle line of text\u201d values (a metadata field where users can add any free-text to the field, in one line), users are now able to click on the values, from the document view, and the documents will be&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/help.metashare.com\/en\/usermanual\/how-to-filter-documents\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">filtered<\/a>&nbsp;and just show documents tagged with the filtered value.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When uploading\/creating new documents, after a \u201csingle line of text\u201d filtering has been applied, the value are also prefilled in the document property form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support for \u201cMultiple lines of text\u201d columns:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>MetaShare now supports \u201cMultiple lines of text\u201d columns (a metadata field where users can add any free-text to the field, in multiple lines):<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"335\" height=\"76\" src=\"https:\/\/metashare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Multiple-lines-of-text-column.jpg\" alt=\"Multiple lines of text column\" srcset=\"https:\/\/metashare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Multiple-lines-of-text-column.jpg 621w, https:\/\/metashare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Multiple-lines-of-text-column-300x68.jpg 300w\"><br>These columns can now be edited in MetaShare\u2019s document property forms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support for \u201cYes\/No (checkbox)\u201d columns:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>MetaShare now supports \u201cBoolean\u201d columns (a metadata field with a \u201cYes\u201d\/\u201dNo\u201d checbox):<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"335\" height=\"29\" to hide certain MetaShare elements when embedding MetaShare in other applications:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you want to add MetaShare as a tab in a Microsoft Teams channel, you can now choose to hide these elements: MetaShare\u2019s top bar and MetaShare\u2019s left navigation (document filters):<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"489\" query string parameter to the URL of the page, e.g. https:\/\/app.metashare.com\/#\/workspaces\/45?$embedded=true.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We have increased the maximum number of values that can be shown in the the drop-down of a managed metadata column from 75 to 150:<br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/metashare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-1067.png\" alt=\"A managed metadata
