Below you see an example where the documents in a workspace have been filtered on \u201cModified By\u201d = \u201cClark Kent\u201d and \u201cCreated By\u201d = \u201cLois Lane\u201d:<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1582\" height=\"398\" src=\"https:\/\/metashare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-720.png\" alt=\"Filter on people columns\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Filter on date columns:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can now filter on any custom or built in \u201cdate\u201d column by clicking on any of the column\u2019s values. Below you see an example where the documents in a workspace have been filtered on \u201cModified\u201d = \u201c4\/30\/2019:<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1583\" height=\"390\" src=\"https:\/\/metashare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-721.png\" alt=\"Filter on date columns\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changed placeholder-texts in MetaShare\u2019s search boxes:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To make it clear that a search that\u2019s conducted from&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/app.metashare.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">MetaShare\u2019s start page<\/a>&nbsp;only shows workspaces as results and not documents, we have changed the placeholder-text in its search box from \u201cSearch\u201d to \u201cSearch workspaces\u201d:<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"521\" height=\"147\" src=\"https:\/\/metashare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-723.png\" alt=\"MetaShare's search box - Search workspaces\"><br>In the workspaces, this placeholder text has been changed to \u201cSearch documents\u201d:<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"521\" height=\"149\" src=\"https:\/\/metashare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-722.png\" alt=\"imageMetaShare's search box - Search documents\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drag and drop e-mails and\/or their attachments to MetaShare:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the latest MetaShare release we announced that MetaShare supports drag and drop of e-mails from Outlook to a MetaShare workspace, using Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge as a browser. We also mentioned that there was a difference in behavior between the browsers, that when using Google Chrome, the e-mails were moved to the workspace rather than copied. This has been solved so that it behaves the same way as in Microsoft Edge, i.e. the e-mails are copied to the workspace and thereby not deleted from Outlook.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the latest MetaShare release we announced that if a managed metadata column had more than 50 values, the drop-down would not be shown when you click on the field, in the document property form. We have now increased this value to 75.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous MetaShare restrictions that have been removed:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Documents with a \u201c+\u201d character in their document names could previously not be&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/help.metashare.com\/en\/usermanual\/how-to-download-documents\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">downloaded&nbsp;<\/a>using the download function.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documents whose document names started with certain charters (\u201c~\u201d, \u201c_\u201d and \u201c.\u201d) could previously not be&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/help.metashare.com\/en\/usermanual\/how-to-upload-documents\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">uploaded<\/a>&nbsp;to MetaShare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Filter on people and date columns<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[94],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-97619","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-release-notes","no-featured-image-padding"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/metashare.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/97619","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/metashare.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/metashare.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/metashare.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/4"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/metashare.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=97619"}],"version-history":[{"count":2,"href":"https:\/\/metashare.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/97619\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":97694,"href":"https:\/\/metashare.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/97619\/revisions\/97694"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/metashare.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=97619"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/metashare.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=97619"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/metashare.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=97619"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
