{"id":97611,"date":"2019-03-08T15:37:00","date_gmt":"2019-03-08T14:37:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.metashare.com\/?p=97611"},"modified":"2023-08-28T09:50:25","modified_gmt":"2023-08-28T07:50:25","slug":"8-march-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/metashare.com\/en\/release-notes\/8-march-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"8 March 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Edit metadata on multiple documents, OneNote support<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n<!--noteaser-->\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/help.metashare.com\/en\/usermanual\/how-to-edit-documents-properties\" target=\"_blank\">Edit&nbsp;metadata on multiple documents<\/a>:&nbsp;You can now&nbsp;select multiple documents and edit their properties using the \u201cProperties\u201d function in the toolbar. In the document property&nbsp;form you can&nbsp;select&nbsp;which&nbsp;fields whose values you wish to replace.&nbsp;Non-marked fields will not be affected.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"230\" height=\"507\" src=\"https:\/\/metashare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-284.png\" alt=\"Edit&nbsp;metadata on multiple documents\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MetaShare now supports uploading Microsoft OneNote Notebooks and that they now are managed the same way as in SharePoint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For MetaShare administrators:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cFile Type\u201d and \u201cName\u201d are now removed from&nbsp;the \u201cDocument columns\u201d page in&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/app.metashare.com\/#\/settings\" target=\"_blank\">MetaShare settings<\/a>.&nbsp;In the previous release,&nbsp;2019-01-23, we announced that these two columns will always be&nbsp;the first two columns in document views.
