Now the people picker also allows searching for and selecting groups.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support for \u201cDocument ID\u201d:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For documents in workspaces using SharePoint\u2019s \u201cDocument ID Service\u201d feature, their&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/help.metashare.com\/en\/faq\/do-documents-in-sharepoint-have-a-unique-id\/#unique-document-id\" target=\"_blank\">unique Document ID<\/a>&nbsp;will be displayed in document properties:<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"438\" height=\"644\" src=\"https:\/\/metashare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Document-ID-in-document-property-form.png\" alt=\"Document ID in document property form\" srcset=\"https:\/\/metashare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Document-ID-in-document-property-form.png 438w, https:\/\/metashare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Document-ID-in-document-property-form-204x300.png 204w\"><br>It is also possible to display \u201cDocument ID\u201d as a column in workspaces and in the&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/help.metashare.com\/en\/usermanual\/metashares-start-page\/#the-documents-tab\" target=\"_blank\">Documents tab on MetaShare\u2019s start page<\/a>:<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1472\" height=\"214\" src=\"https:\/\/metashare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Document-ID-in-MetaShare.png\" alt=\"Document ID in MetaShare\" srcset=\"https:\/\/metashare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Document-ID-in-MetaShare.png 1472w, https:\/\/metashare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Document-ID-in-MetaShare-300x44.png 300w, https:\/\/metashare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Document-ID-in-MetaShare-1024x149.png 1024w, https:\/\/metashare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Document-ID-in-MetaShare-768x112.png 768w\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New link label under the search box:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When you searched for documents from&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/help.metashare.com\/en\/usermanual\/metashares-start-page\/#the-documents-tab\" target=\"_blank\">MetaShare\u2019s start page<\/a>, MetaShare previously displayed a link with the label \u201cShow results from all locations\u201d. As this link actually opens a new tab with the search results shown in SharePoint\u2019s standard search results page, the link\u2019s label is now renamed to \u201cShow results in SharePoint\u201d:<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1364\" height=\"334\" src=\"https:\/\/metashare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Show-results-in-SharePoint.png\" alt=\"Show results in SharePoint\" srcset=\"https:\/\/metashare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Show-results-in-SharePoint.png 1364w, https:\/\/metashare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Show-results-in-SharePoint-300x73.png 300w, https:\/\/metashare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Show-results-in-SharePoint-1024x251.png 1024w, https:\/\/metashare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Show-results-in-SharePoint-768x188.png 768w\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corrections:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Our previous release introduced an issue where it was not possible to update document properties when one of the&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/help.metashare.com\/en\/get-started\/metashares-supported-site-columns\/#person-or-group-column\" target=\"_blank\">People or Group columns<\/a>&nbsp;was tagged with a user that no longer exists. This could usually happen when documents were migrated and the user no longer exists in the organization.
