Where does MetaShare store documents?<\/strong>No documents are stored in MetaShare. They are stored in your Microsoft 365. More details can be found in MetaShare’s architecture<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will our documents remain if we uninstall MetaShare?<\/strong>Your documents remain with the same metadata and permissions as before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to uninstall MetaShare?<\/strong>An administrator can at any time cancel your subscription<\/a> and uninstall the app<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is personal data stored in MetaShare?<\/strong>User names and names of workspaces, which may contain personal data, are stored in MetaShare’s database. This is necessary to provide features such as reminders, etc. You can request the extraction or deletion of personal data at any time in accordance with Ways’ privacy policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Does MetaShare support Single Sign-On (SSO)?<\/strong>Yes, but the authentication methods supported vary depending on hosting options<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can MetaShare be used for PDF, CAD, DWG, etc.?<\/strong>MetaShare has the same preview and editing support<\/a> as Microsoft 365. In some cases, additional apps are required from the file format provider, such as Adobe or AutoDesk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can everyone see my documents in MetaShare?<\/strong>MetaShare follows the permissions set in Microsoft 365. If you uploaded documents to a workspace, they can only be viewed by those who have access to that space. <\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>
