You may also get an error when performing a free text search within a workspace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Microsoft 365 has an ongoing service insident <a href=\"https:\/\/admin.cloud.microsoft\/?#\/servicehealth\/:\/alerts\/MO1297751\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MO1297751<\/a>: Some users may not receive results when performing searches in SharePoint Online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Workaround: <\/strong>You can use <a href=\"https:\/\/help.metashare.com\/en\/metashare\/usermanual\/introduction\/home-and-favorites\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">favorites<\/a> to access your workspaces from the start page. If you haven&#8217;t bookmarked it yet, try refreshing the workspaces tab. The issue seems not affect all requests all the time. Usually, deprecated endpoints continue to work for some time, giving developers time to update APIs they use. Unfortunately in this case, according to Microsoft, the recent endpoint will continue to work in a degraded state, which appears to mean retrieving only one item. The issue affects not only MetaShare, but SharePoint sites as well. We&#8217;re in contact with Microsoft regarding the issue. It seems that a recent change in SharePoint changed how values are retrieved from Taxonomy Hidden List. Current solution\/workaround seems to be adding guest users to a group that has read permissions on Taxonomy Hidden List.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Update: 11 March 2026<\/strong><br>The issue seems now to be resolved by Microsoft. We&#8217;ll continue monitoring the issue and verify if the fix reached all affected tenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li><li class=\"wp-block-post post-99661 post type-post status-publish format-standard hentry category-resolved-issues no-featured-image-padding\">\n<h3 class=\"has-link-color wp-elements-92ea0be987a8e78c5fcdd3388d66b0f1 wp-block-post-title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/metashare.com\/en\/resolved-issues\/users-unable-to-access-metashare\/\" target=\"_self\" >Users unable to access MetaShare<\/a><\/h3>\n\n<div class=\"entry-content wp-block-post-content is-layout-flow wp-block-post-content-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Start time: 6 October 2025, 8:10 CEST<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to an ongoing incident in Microsoft 365 users in some tenants can&#8217;t access SharePoint sites and as a result can&#8217;t access MetaShare. Administrators in affected tenants can follow <a href=\"https:\/\/admin.cloud.microsoft\/?source=applauncher#\/servicehealth\/:\/alerts\/SP1166466\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/admin.cloud.microsoft\/?source=applauncher#\/servicehealth\/:\/alerts\/SP1166466\">the issue SP1166466 in admin portal<\/a> (note, the issue is not visible for not affected tenants).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>End time: 6 October 2025, 13:00 CEST<br>Microsoft informed the issue is now resolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"821\" height=\"667\" src=\"https:\/\/metashare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/bild-1.png\" alt=\"We've identified that a section of service infrastructure is underperforming due to a\nmisconfiguration, resulting in both reduced site availability and reliability.
