Skellefte\u00e5 municipality<\/strong> had around 27 million documents stored on file servers and lacked a common structure for information outside the business systems. Each administration had built up its own working methods, which made it difficult to find information, follow regulations and create control over growing amounts of information. At the same time, demands for information security, deletion and archiving were increasing. <\/p>\n\n Together with Ways, Skellefte\u00e5 Municipality introduced MetaShare as the basis for process-oriented document management in Microsoft 365.
